The trend in outdoor furniture design, at least in the United States, seems to be “plastic things that look like wood”. On the other hand, Egli Studio, a Swiss identity company, has created a much more attractive offer with their easy aluminum table and bench system:
Units ship flat. Each component is made from aluminum and Egli Studio claims the assembled system is “sturdy and durable”.
Finished parts are anodized. The toothed connector “forms the basis of the system. [With the connector]the standard tubes used for the top and the legs can vary in dimensions for [define] different sizes of benches and tables.”
